20种中草药对多重耐药大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用

目的：筛选对多重耐药大肠杆菌抑菌作用较强的中草药，为临床用药及开发中草药制剂提供依据。方法：采用试管．平皿倍比稀释法，测定20种中草药水提物对大肠杆菌药敏质控株ATCC25922、临床分离的猪源性大肠杆菌K884及1株多重耐药的鸡源性大肠杆菌的体外抑菌活性。结果：20种中草药水提物对三株大肠杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用，半枝莲、女贞子、丹参、白鲜皮、赤芍水提物的抑菌作用较强，其中，半枝莲、丹参水提物对上述3株大肠杆菌的抑菌作用最强，其最低抑菌浓度（MIC）分别为0．1mL、0．2mL、0．1g／mL。结论：半枝莲、女贞子、丹参、白鲜皮、赤芍水提物对大肠杆菌具有抑制作用。

External Bacteriostatic Test in the Inhibition of Multidrug-resistant Escherichia.coli with 20 Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicines

Objective： The purpose was to screen out multifarious of Chinese herbs with strong bacteriostatic activity and provide foundations for clinical medication and developing Chinese herbal medicine preparations.Method： The water extracts of 20 Chinese herbs were prepared by water decoction method and the bacteriostatic test in vitro on control strain ATCC25922.swine Escherichia coli K, and poultry colibacillosis was conducted, and the minimum inhibitory concn. （MIC） was determined by two fold dilution. Result： The water extracts of 20 Chinese herbs had some bacteriostatic effect on ATCC25922, swine Escherichia coli Ks8 and poultry colibacillosis in different degree. Among them, the antimicrobial activity of the extracts Of scutellariae barbatae, fructus ligustri lucidi, radices salviae miltiorrhizae, cortex dietam and radices paeoniae rubra to resistant bacteria was the most obvious, the extract s of scutellariae barbatae and radices salviae miltiorrhizae showed strong inhibitory activities to the above 3 bacteria, respectively. Conclusion： The extracts of Scutellariae barbatae Don, Fructus ligustri lucidi , Radices salviae miltiorrhizae,Cortex dictam and Radices paeoniae rubra have activity to resistant bacteria.
