摘    要:用200条随机引物对满天星试管正常苗和玻璃苗进行了RAPD分析研究,结果表明:200条随机引物中,有23条引物的扩增产物DNA片段表现出明显的多态性,其中每个引物对不同供试样品扩增出现的DNA谱带数少则5条,多达13条,分布在200~2 000 bp.不同引物扩增出的DNA片段谱带不同,差异较大,选出的23条引物对14个供试样品共扩增出206条DNA谱带,经聚类分析,14个供试样品可分为2类或4类,可直观准确地区分满天星试管正常苗和玻璃苗之间的差异.

Abstract:In this paper,the random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) analysis was conducted with 200 random primers in the formal shoot and vitrification shoot from Gypsophila Paniculata L tissue culture.The results showed that twenty-three of the two hundreds random primers were scorable polymorphic ones.Scorable DNA fragments derived from each primer amplying in various strains were found in the range from five to thirteen with an average of seven.The size of the amplified DNA fragments ranged from 200 to 2000 base pairs.Different DNA bands were amplified by different primer,and the difference was big.Twenty-three primers were screened and a tota1 of 206 DNA fragments were amplified.After cluster analysis,14 samples were clustered 2 or 4 groups,these can distinguish the difference of the formal shoot and vitrification shoot from Gypsophila Paniculata L tissue culture.
