中耕次数对谷子生长发育的影响

摘    要:采用二因素裂区设计,在0~3次中耕以及喷施除草剂条件下研究了不同处理对谷子农艺性状与生理特性的影响,以期为轻简型栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:中耕对谷子的株高、叶片叶绿素含量影响不显著,但是对谷子POD、SOD活性影响显著,增强了谷子的抗逆性,对谷子的产量、粗蛋白含量影响显著。除草剂2,4-D丁酯对谷子生长前期株高有一定的抑制作用,但对其品质影响不显著。中耕3次对谷子的生长发育及产量和品质效果最佳。

Abstract:Two-way split-plot design was used to study the effects of 0~3 times of intertillage and herbicide on millet agronomic characters and physiological characteristics.The result showed that multitillage had no significant effect on plant height and leaf chlorophyll concentration,but had significant effects on the activity of SOD and POD,resulted in enhanced millet stress resistance,and also had significant effects on millet yield and crude protein content.Herbicide 2,4-D had certain inhibition for the early mi...
