| 摘 要： | 本文在概括改革开放以来我国迅猛发展的辣椒产业经济的基础上，提出了持续发展的思路与对策：即利用现有较好的产业布局与规模以及持续发展的有利条件，针对目前我国辣椒产业存在的问题与差距，提出了完善区域化、基地化布局，努力打造企业、产品名牌，加强科技创新，培育综合深加工龙头企业，全面提高产品质量安全水平，完善市场体系开拓国内外市场等对策。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the rapid development of China＇s hot pepper industrial economy over the past 30 years,and puts forward the strategy of further expanding the economy by using favourable conditions to improve the regionized layout,build up famous business brand, strengthen technical ennovation,set up more leading enterprises for comprehensive and deep processing,upgrade the product quality and safety,improve the market system, expand domestic and foreign markets, etc. |
