QuEChERS-液相色谱串联质谱法测定茶叶中10种农药残留

该文建立了一种液相色谱-串联质谱法（LC-ESI-MS/MS）快速准确测定茶叶中10种农药残留含量。通过设计一系列实验对样品前处理进行了优化分析研究，茶叶样品经加入适量水活化，乙腈提取，QuEChERS法净化后，采用HPLC-ESI-MS/MS检测分析，外标法定量。本方法的检出限为5μg/kg，在0.001-0.2mg/kg范围内线性关系良好（相关系数r＞0.99），茶叶样品平均添加回收率在75%-95%。该方法简便、高效、准确，各项技术指标均能满足国内外有关茶叶中农药残留限量要求，能够用于茶叶中10种农药残留的定性定量分析。

Determination of Multi-residue of Pesticide in Vegetables by QuEChERS-HPLC-MS/MS

A new method using of ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry for the analysis of multi-residue of pesticide has been developed.Sample preparation and HPLC-MS/MS analytical conditions are examined and optimized critically by use of a series of experiments in this study.Samples are extracted by acetonitrile,then cleaned up,and ultimately adopted LC-ESI-MS/MS method for qualitative and quantitative analysis .Limits of quantification（LOQ）and limits of detection（LOD） was 1μg/kg.The method showed good linearity（r〉0.99）;The average recoveries were from 70% to 75% . The method is simple,efficient,sensitive,accurate and can meet the requirements of determination for resi？due of pesticide in vegetables.
