摘    要:该文研究了外源水杨酸(SA)对低温胁迫下香樟叶片SOD活性的影响,为香樟在我国北方地区的引种提供参考。以多年生香樟叶片为试材,分别在5℃,-5℃,-10℃下进行低温胁迫处理后,叶面再分别喷施0,0.5,1.0,2.0mmol/L浓度的SA,然后测定其SOD活性。结果表明,外源水杨酸浓度在0-2.0mmol/L,随着SA浓度的提高,不同低温胁迫下香樟叶片中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性的提高也越大;适宜浓度的外源SA能够减弱低温对香樟叶片正常生长发育的影响。

Effect of Salicylic Acid on SOD Activity of Cinnamomum camphora Leaves under Low Tempera-ture Stress

Abstract:The effect of salicylic acid(SA)on SOD activity of Cinnamomum camphora leves was studied un?der low temperature stress in order to provide references for introducing C.camphora to northern China in this paper. Many years old C.camphora leaves were used as test material,under the low temperature,5℃,-5℃ and -10℃respectively,stress processing,blade surface spray 0,0.5,1.0,2.0mmol/L concentration of SA respectively,then measure its SOD activity.The result showed that exogenous salicylic acid in 0-2.0mmol/L, along with the increase of the concentration of the SA,super oxide disproportionation enzyme activity(SOD) of camphor leaves increased under different low temperature stress enzyme(SOD)activity increased;it has been concluded that SA in appropriate concentration can slow down the effect of low temperature and sup?port normal growth and development of C.camphora leaves.
