| 摘 要： | 种源产业是农业实现可持续发展、提升国际竞争力的关键。上海农业发展受到空间所限,要在较少的土地资源上提高产出效率,设立种业项目、发展种业科技并加强管理是今后一段时期内的重要任务。本文对2011-2014年设立的上海市现代种业发展项目实施和管理现状进行了回顾分析,并借鉴其他省市经验,针对项目申报、项目立项、项目验收和绩效评估等环节地提出了创新方法和手段,为提高种业项目管理水平及对其他农业科技项目的管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | Seed industry is the key of sustainable development of agriculture and promotion of international competitiveness.In order to improve the output efficiency in limited land resources,establish seed industry project and strengthen management is an important task in a period of time.This paper reviewed and analyzed the present and management situation of Modern Seed Industry Development Project in 2011-2014.And Put forward the innovative ways and means of management in the part of project application,project approval,project acceptance,performance evaluation. |
