不同品种葡萄对炭疽病菌的抗病性研究

摘    要:为测定不同品种葡萄对炭疽病菌的抗病性,通过室内接种,测定不同品种葡萄‘巨峰’、‘夏黑’、‘美人指’、‘白罗莎里奥’、‘红罗莎里奥’、‘醉金香’、‘阳光玫瑰’、‘魏可’、‘红乳’、‘昭平红’、‘红芭拉蒂’、‘东方之星’叶片和成熟期果实对炭疽病菌的抗病性,进行方差分析、聚类分析,并测定采果期果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量及有机酸含量。叶片抗性结果显示:‘巨峰’、‘红芭拉蒂’高抗,‘美人指’、‘阳光玫瑰’、‘魏可’、‘夏黑’抗病,‘醉金香’、‘昭平红’、‘白罗莎里奥’感病,‘红乳’和‘红罗莎里奥’极感病。果实抗性分析结果显示:‘醉金香’、‘美人指’、‘东方之星’、‘阳光玫瑰’抗病,‘巨峰’、‘红芭拉蒂’、‘白 罗莎里奥’感病,‘红乳’、‘昭平红’、‘红罗莎里奥’和‘夏黑’极感病。不同品种间果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量及有机酸含量差异显著,但与炭疽病的发生无显著相关性。因此,不同品种葡萄对炭疽病的抗感程度,要结合葡萄品种、生理期、栽种管理模式、环境气候等各项因子综合分析。

Disease Resistance of Different Grape Varieties to Colletotrichum gloeosporioide
Abstract:In order to determine the disease resistance of different grape varieties to Colletotrichum gloeosporioide (Penz.) Sacc, the disease resistances were determined through the indoor inoculation. Then variance analysis and clustering analysis were done. The fruit hardness, soluble solid content and organic acid content were determined. The resistance of blade results by clustering analysis showed that‘Kyoho grape’and ‘Red Barbara’had the strongest resistance,‘Manicure finger’,‘Sun Rose Grape’,‘Wink’and‘Summer Black’showed resistance,‘Drunk the incense grape’,‘Zhaoping Red Grape’and‘Rosario Bianco’had little resistance to the disease,‘Red Milk’and‘Rosario Rosso’were poorly resistant to the disease. The resistance results of mature fruit by clustering analysis showed that‘Drunk the Incense Grape’,‘Manicure Finger’, ‘Eastern Star Grape’,‘Sun Rose Grape’showed resistance,‘Kyoho Grape’,‘Red Barbara’,‘Rosario Bianco’ had little resistance to the disease,‘Red milk’,‘Zhaoping Red Grape’,‘Rosario Rosso’and‘Summer Black’ were poorly resistant to the disease. The measure results of fruit hardness, soluble solid content and organic acid content showed that there were significant differences among different varieties, but these indexes had no significant correlation with the incidence of anthrax. Disease resistance of different grapes varieties to the anthracnose must be analyzed with consideration of grape varieties, physiological period, plant anagement mode, environment, climate and so on.
