| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了牛粪有氧发酵的方式,并对各种发酵方式的特点,包括对其优缺点进行分析。对照牛粪发酵的参数,重点介绍了牛粪发酵的控制与调节,主要包括水分、温度、碳氮比、通气等地调节以及发酵产物的质量评判标准。
