天水市实施肉牛产业大县建设项目的现状与思考

项目实施以来,天水市市、县两级政府高度重视,积极抢抓这一难得的历史机遇,认真贯彻落实甘肃省关于肉牛产业大县建设的总体安排部署,充分发挥资源优势,整合各类资金,制定并出台了相关优惠扶持政策等措施,初步形成了"分散搞繁育,园区抓育肥,部门搞服务,协会促流通,企业深加工"的肉牛产业化发展模式,两县肉牛养殖呈现规模化程度不断提高、结构调整成效显著、生产布局日趋合理、产业化经营体系初步形成、创新养牛生产模式、肉牛品牌创建和培育成绩显著等亮点。

Current Situation and Thinking on Beef Cattle Industry tCounty Construction Project in Tianshui City

City county two levels of governments pay high attention to the project, positive to grab this rare historic opportunity, conscientiously implement the overall arrangement and deployment on the construction of beef cattle industry county, give full play to the resource advantage, integrate the various funding, and formulate and issue the corresponding preferential and supportive policy. The beef cattle development pattern was preliminarily formed as breeding dispersedly, fattening in distripark, service given by departments, circulation promoted by associations and deep processing by enterprises. Then the beef breeding presented the lightspots of increasing scale level, significant structure adjustment effect, gradual- ly reasonable production layout, innovating cattle breeding production mode, establishment of beef cattle brand and significant cultivation reult. The industrial management system was in initial shape.
