摘    要:介绍了液体粘性传动(HVD)装置的基本工作原理和结构;分析了造成HVD装置开环转速平稳性不良的主要原因是作为HVD系统转速调节阀的常规比例溢流阀在小流量低压工况下压力调节线性度和压力稳定性不够;研究开发的一种新型HVD转速调节阀,具有优良的压力调节线性度和压力稳定性,能够显著提高HVD装置在开环工况下输出转速的平稳性,满足工业实际需要。

Abstract:The principle and structure of the hydro-viscous drive (HVD) set was introduced. Through theoretical analysis of the characteristic of the electro-hydraulic control system in a HVD, the conclusions were obtained that the non-linearity of the pressure performance curve and dynamic pressure instability of the pilot-operated electro-hydraulic pressure relief valve, which was used for HVD speed regulating purpose and usually worked within micro flow-rate and low oil pressure state, were the main causes of the poor open-looped performance. So a special speed regulating valve for HVD set was developed, with which the performance of open-looped rotation of HVD set was much improved. The principle of the special speed regulating valve for HVD set was elaborated in this paper, and the special points which should be noticed during design was also depicted.
