Drawing up a County Soil and Water Conservation Program by Using Parameter balanced Method of Typical Small Watershed in Different Zones

Based on extensive investigation and data collection,appraisal of natural resources arid demonstration of the. approaches of harnessment and exploitation were carried out by using the theory of zoning.Amount and extent of zone types in the whole county were determined and typical small watersheds representing different zone type were selected and planned by means of parameter balanced method .Optimized methdd of exploitation of the watershed in a specific zone was obtained and a se ries of indexes arid parameters used in the planning tallying with actual situation was found,by which,parameters and iridexes for planning of different zones in the whole county may be calculated.The planning will be appraised and examined for its feasibility and finally be proved for execution.
