| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to focus on the current situation of Guangxi small and medium-sized irrigation and drainage pumping stations,analyze the existing major problems in construction and management,put forward some counter-measures and suggestions from the perspective of renewal and reconstruction,fiance,construction management system and operational management system etc.so as to speed up the construction of Guangxi small and medium-sized irrigation and drainage pumping stations. |
