摘 要: | 根据某多级离心泵设计要求,按环形吸水室水力设计方法,设计8种几何参数不同的吸水室设计方案。采用Pro/E软件对吸水室进行三维造型,采用非结构化进行四面体网格划分,采用标准k-ε湍流模型进行数值计算。计算结果表明,水力损失随流量的增大而增大,吸水室进口直径D进对吸水室收缩段流态影响显著。小流量时,8种方案的水力损失差别不大,而大流量时,8种方案的水力损失差异较大。在大流量工况,进口直径越大,则水力损失越小;出口直径越小,则水力损失越大,但影响的效果不明显;环形空间采用弧形结构是降低水力损失的一种有效措施。因此,在选择最优设计方案时,应结合水力和结构两方面因素加以综合考虑。

Abstract: | The eight kinds of geometrical parameters for the suction chamber of multistage centrifugal pump are designed.The Pro/E software is used for three-dimensional modeling of the suction chamber,the unstructured tetrahedral mesh is used,the standard k-ε turbulence model is used for numerical calculation.The results show that,water loss increases with the flow,into the suction chamber inlet diameter D of the suction flow patterns,affects ventricular systolic segment significantly.Small flow,the difference between the various portfolio less water loss,and a large flow is quite different.Large flow rate,inlet diameter smaller,the greater the loss of water;The larger the outlet diameter is,the greater the water loss,but the impact is not obvious.Annular space with curved structure can reduce water loss.Therefore,in selecting the optimal design,two hydraulic and structural factors should be considered. |
