BDFM变频调速系统在泵站中的应用及其可靠性评价

摘    要:无刷双馈电机(BDFM)是近些年来出现的一种新型电机,它与高压大容量机组配套,可使泵站变频调速系统的成本大为降低。BDFM变频调速系统具有功率因数可调、变频器功率小等特点,且无刷的结构,减少了电机的故障点。根据BDFM变频调速系统的具体情况,分别采用经典和Bayes理论对其可靠性进行评价。电机寿命符合指数分布,且该分布的共轭分布为Г分布,由此可得共轭先验分布,分析样本数据后分别求出小样本数据下BDFM系统的可靠性指标,并验证在该系统中采用Bayes理论评价的优势和合理性。分析BDFM变频调速系统在泵站中应用的特点、优势和推广前景,并着重对用户关心的可靠性进行分析和评价,为其在泵站中的推广应用提供基础和保障。

Abstract:BDFM can reduce the cost of pump station frequency conversion speed control system as a new motor in recent years when it keeps company with high-voltage high-power unit.BDFM frequency conversion speed control system has tunable power factor and characteristic of low frequency conversion which brushless structure can reduce fault rate.According to practical situation of such conversion,classic and Bayes reliability theory can be applied.Service life of a machine complies with exponential distribution,which conjugate transcendental distribution,is distribution.So small sample data reliability index is available.Then its superiority and rationality are demonstrated.It provides a basis and guarantee for reliability which are thought highly of by consumers.
