摘    要:江都水利枢纽工程第三抽水站是我国首座抽水、发电两用的可逆式大型泵站。总结了TJ05-ZL-01水力模型和变频发电新技术,弹性金属塑料瓦新材料,水泵部件五轴联动数控机床加工、堆焊等新工艺在南水北调东线工程江都三站加固改造过程中的具体应用,确保了泵站安全可靠运行,充分发挥了泵站工程效益,达到了南水北调东线工程江都三站改造工程"设备一流、性能优秀"的设计初衷。实践也证明了这些新技术新材料新工艺在江都三站加固改造工程中的应用是成功的。

Abstract:Jiangdu No.3 Pump Station Water Conservancy Project is the first reversible large pump station in China for dual-purpose of pumping and generating electricity.The specific application of the hydraulic model and the new technology of variable-frequency power generation of the TJ05-ZL-01,the new material of elastic metal plastic tile,the new process of five-axis linkage CNC machine processing and bead weld etc.in pump parts in Jiangdu No.3 Pump Station in the eastern route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project are summarized in this paper.Practice has proved that new technology,new material and new process in renovation project in Jiangdu No.3 Pump Station is successful.
