摘    要:生态环境友好型水电站建设是水利工程落实生态环境保护的重要内容,是生态环境保护的具体工作举措。岷江上游水电开发引发了诸多生态环境问题,急需开展更加深入更加系统的研究。系统总结并分析了岷江上游水电建设中生态敏感因子的构成,建议了一套针对岷江上游生态环境友好型水电站建设内容及技术体系,包括理论研究、规划论证、工程技术体系和运行监管等4个方面。

Abstract:Environment-friendly hydropower construction is an important component and specific measure of ecological and environmental conservation in water conservancy projects.The fragile ecological environment in the upper reaches of Minjiang River has caused many problems,needing more in-depth research.Based on the existing research findings,the ecological sensitive factors in hydropower development and a set of construction and technical systems on environment-friendly hydropower are analyzed and summed up.The construction and technical system includes the theoretical research,planning and demonstration,engineering measures and operation regulation.
