种茧自动削口分离装置设计

摘    要:种茧自动分离装置能精确、完整地切割种茧,并将茧壳和蛹分离,根据种茧的大小和高度不同,自动调节切削刀片的位置,保证切削位置始终保持在种茧高度的2/3左右,使切口位置均匀、一致,不损伤蚕蛹.其硬件部分主要包括夹持机构和转臂切削机构,在每个转臂上都安装有倾角传感器.系统中安装有种茧长度检测装置,可对不同的蚕茧长度调整切削刀位置,实现对不同蚕茧高度的适应能力.软件部分用PIC16F877作为核心芯片对各个传感器和电磁离合器进行控制,芯片和传感器配合使整个软件控制是一个闭环控制,保证了装置的作业精度.

Abstract:This device can cutting cocoon accurate and completely.and separate the cocoon with pipa.It complete separation of the cut cocoon according to the size,height,adjust the position of the cutting blade to remain at the 2/3 of the cocoon’s height.So that the incision consistent and uniform,do not damage the pupa.The hardware includes cutting the arm holding institutions and agencies,and system installed cocoon length detection device,so cocoons of different lengths can be a reasonable cut,and in each transfer arm set up angle sensor are installed.The device software as a core part with the PIC16F877 microcomputer for each sensor and the electromagnetic clutch control,Microcomputer and the sensor with the entire software control is a closed-loop control,to ensure the accuracy of the device operation.
