| 摘 要： | 对不同龄期鸽进行疫苗免疫和采用不同免疫间隔进行疫苗免疫后抗体消长动态及母源抗体的检测结果:在7～35日龄初免,7天后产生抗体,28～35天抗体滴度达到较高点,效果较好;首免后间隔20～90天二免,效果较优,当母鸽为高抗体水平(8.1log2)时产下的子代母源抗体至15日龄时已衰减至3.7log2。据此,提出了鸽场禽流感的免疫程序。

| Abstract: | Maternal antibody against Avian influenza(AI)was tested regularly and antibody changes of different age and immune distant of pigeons vaccinated with avian influenza inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine were studied by HI test. The results showed that the maternal antibody titer remained high level(8.1log2),the filial maternal antibody titer reduced to 3.7log2 at 15 days old. Pigeons at 7 to 35 days old were given the first inoculation,antibodies were produced after 7 days and the antibody level reached the peak during the period of 28 to 35 days after inoculation.The second inoculation was implemented after an interval of 20 to 90 days,the effect was better. Based on the above results and the field practice,this paper made out a set of useful immunization program against the pigeon avian influenza infection. |
