| 摘 要： | 自上世纪70年代小鼠胚胎冷冻获得成功以来,许多学者在简化冷冻程序,缩短冷冻时间等方面进行了深入研究,试图寻找一种可用于生产的冷冻方法.文章对目前广泛采用的三种哺乳动物胚胎冷冻方法的研究进展及应用情况进行了综述,为今后开展哺乳动物胚胎冷冻工作提供参考.

| Abstract: | Since the successful cryo-preservation of mouse embryo in 1970's,researches had been done in depth to simplify the cryogenic process and shorten the time of cryo-preservation by many scientists.The paper reviewed the research progress and applications of three cryo-preservation methods for mammalian embryos,which provided the references for the research on cryogenic process of embryo. |
