| 摘 要： | 树莓组培苗驯化移栽试验表明：炼苗时间对试管苗驯化移栽成活率有一定影响,炼苗7d成活率最高达92.06%;以2000倍海藻素溶液浸泡组培苗5min的处理生根率最高达93.22%;河沙：草炭比为1：2的复合基质对树莓生根最有效,生根率最高达92.7%。

| Abstract: | The test of Raspberry transplanting tissue in culture acclimation showes that:Hardening time has some influence on the survival rate of transplanted plantlets acclimation,the survival rate of Hardening time for 7 days reach up to 92.06%;Rooting rate of transplanted plantlets being soaked by 2000-fold seaweed solution for 5min reach up to 93.22%;The rooting rate of Raspberry on composite matrix of sand and peat which proportion was1:2 reach up to 92.7%. |
