外源激素对肥皂草丛生芽诱导的影响

摘    要:本研究以MS为基本培养基,采用肥皂草的叶片为外植体进行组织培养,通过研究不同配比模式的外源激素,探索外源激素对肥皂草丛生芽诱导的关键影响因子,同时有效解决了诱导过程中培养基污染和外植体褐变问题。结果表明,当肥皂草丛生芽诱导培养基为MS+6一BA3.0 mg/L+NA A0.05mg/L时,丛生芽诱导倍数达到4.53,效果最好。2,4-D诱导叶片生成丛生芽的效果不显著。

Abstract:The leaf of Saponaria officinalis L.was used explant to establish the technique system of tissue culture.A study was cultured on the MS added with different concentration of cytokinin and the auxin,we wanted to find out the best medium composition.The results indicated that the best callus initiation medium was MS+6-BA3.0 mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L propagation multiple amounts to 4.53.effect of 2,4-D on regenerate shoots initiation was unapparent.
