| 摘 要： | 探讨了技术-环境壁垒引致的市场转移效应,基于三国贸易的市场转移理论模型,采集出口欧盟的茶叶和出口日本的烤鳗数据,进一步证明技术-环境壁垒引致的市场转移效应的存在。指出我国农产品出口企业应及时监控世界出口市场的格局变化,完善政府、协会和企业的联动机制,加强成本控制和风险管理和提升农产品出口质量等措施来规避技术-环境壁垒的损失。
