农业高校科技成果转化问题的思考

我国农业的发展越来越需要科技的支撑,如何尽快而有效地把农业科技成果转化为现实生产力,是摆在农业高校面前的一项重要工作。当前,必须在体制上建立新的农业科技推广体系,在政策和机制上加强制定和引导,才能更好地促进农业高校的成果转化,更好地服务“三农”和社会主义新农村建设。

Considerations on Transformation of Science and Technology Achievements in Agricultural Colleges

Agriculture in our country is relying on the support of science and technology. Hence, how to effectively transform science and technology achievements into real productivity is a vital task facing us. Therefore, we must set up new extension system of agricultural science and technology and strengthen the orientation of new policy and mechanism to facilitate the transformation process of science and technology achievements in agricultural colleges and contribute to the construction of socialism new countryside and "Agriculture, farmer and countryside".
