转双价(Chi+Glu)基因抗病棉栽培地生存竞争能力研究

摘    要:为研制和制定转基因抗病棉生存竞争能力检测技术和标准而进行田间试验,结果:转入几丁质酶和葡聚糖酶双价抗病基因(Chi+Glu)棉花吐絮期株高超过受体对照9.8 cm,差异极显著;平均单株籽棉增产约50.1 g,单株皮棉增产24.12g;种子的发芽势比对照强8~10.75个百分点,差异显著;发芽率比对照高10~12.5个百分点,差异极显著,显示转入双价抗病基因后棉花在栽培地的生存竞争得到显著提高。

Abstract:This field test was carried out in order to establish the technique and standard for the detection of the survival competitiveness of transgenic disease-resistant cotton.The results showed that the height of cotton in which chitinase and glucanase resistant genes(Chi+Glu) were transferred was 9.8 cm higher than that of the receptor(the check) at wadding stage(P<0.01).In comparison with the check,the average seed cotton yield and lint yield per plant of the transgenic cotton were increased by 50.1 g and 24.1...
