新疆海岛棉棉子营养品质研究（Ⅱ）

对新疆116份海岛棉棉仁蛋白质、脂肪含量的研究表明,二者平均含量分别为33.12%、40.37%.其高低与品种类型、棉子被绒情况、种子大小和株型等有关.趋势是:自育品种(系)、毛子、籽指小、零式果枝等品种的蛋白质含量较高;推广品种、光子、籽指大、长果枝等品种的脂肪含量较高.吐鲁番地区是新疆海岛棉高脂肪区,喀什地区为高蛋白区.蛋脂总量在品种间、地区间表现稳定,平均为73.50%,较少受环境因素影响.筛选出蛋白质、脂肪及其总量较高的种质12份.

STUDY ON THE NUTRITIONAL QUALITY OF SEA ISLAND COTTON SEED IN XINGJIANG PROVINCE CHINA

Studies on the protein and oil contents of cotton seeds from 116samples of sea -island cotton demonstrated that both contents were 33. 12% and 40. 37% respectively. Both contents were relative to the variety; cotton velvet seed size and plant shape. The tendency was that the protein contents were higher among these varieties:the self-cultivated,fine-hair seed, lower seed index and non-fruit-branch variety, while the oil contents were much higher a-mong these varieties: the extended variety,non-hair seed, heavier seed index weight and long-fruit-branch variety. Tulufan was the highest protein content region,while Kashi was the highest oil content region in Xingjiang Province. The total sum of protein and oil contents was 73. 50%,which was a stable value and not much influenced by enviromental factors. Selecting12 germplasm with high protein and oil contents.
