摘    要:扭杆弹簧作为汽车悬架的重要零部件之一,承担着路面传递给车身的各种随机载荷作用,因此,在扭杆弹簧设计阶段分析其强度具有十分重要的意义。本文将影响扭杆弹簧强度的各参数均看作是服从正态分布的统计量,利用可靠性分析技术,在建立干涉模型的基础上,分析其疲劳强度及最大切应力强度的可靠度是否满足设计要求。通过实例计算,获得了扭杆弹簧强度可靠度的具体数值,为扭杆弹簧的设计及校核提供了依据。

Abstract:As one of the most important part of vehicle suspension,torsion bar spring bears various kinds of random load which is from road to vehicle body,so it has very important meaning to consider torsion bar spring's strength in the phase of design.In this article,all the parameters which influence torsion bar spring's strength check are treated as statistical values which obey normal distribution.Based on interference model,reliability analysis technology is used to see if the fatigue strength and maximal tangential stress can satisfy design request.At last,material values of strength reliability are obtained by example computing,and this can provide instruction for design and check of torsion bar spring.
