| 摘 要： | 运用RT PCR技术,对采自内蒙古、广州、广西、天津、北京、吉林和河北的疑似PRRS病料206份进行检测,其PRRSV阳性率在内蒙古为14.29%,广州为12.5%,广西为18.18%,天津为15%,北京为16.13%,吉林为13.6%,河北为22.58%,说明PRRS 在我国部分地区流行而且程度不同。进一步证明我国部分地区流行的PRRSV 为美洲型,但在序列上与美洲型有3个碱基差异。

| Abstract: | This experiment tested 206 distrustful PRRS samples from Inner Mongolia, Guangzhou, Guangxi, Tianjin, Beijing, Jilin,and Hebei. Positive rates are of Inner Mongolia 14.29%, Guangzhou 12.5%, Guangxi 18.18%, Tianjin 15%, Beijing 16.13%, Jilin 13.6%,Hebei 22.58%,respectively. PRRSV prevails in part area of China,but degree is different. The results showed that PRRSV was America in part area of China,but there are three basic radical differences in nucleotide sequence. |
