| 摘 要： | 以福建省泉州市森林消防指挥系统的构建为例，详细介绍了综合运用现代信息技术(DBNS数据库管理技术、GIS地理信息技术、RS遥感技术、GPS全球定位技术和DSS决策支持技术)与网络通讯技术，设计和开发森林消防指挥信息系统的技术路线和关键技术，并对组成系统总体的5大子系统的建设内容与功能作了详述。

| Abstract: | Taking the composition of commanding information system for forest fire prevention of Quanzhou city of Fujian province as an example, the technical system and the key techniques for designing and developing forest fire prevention commanding information system were introduced in detail. A lot of modern technology such as DBNS, GIS, RS, GPS, DSS and network were applied in the process of designing and developing. The contents and functions of 5 sub-systems were introduced thoroughly as well. |
