吉林省稻瘟病菌对水稻品种的致病谱研究

摘    要:稻瘟病菌存在不同的生理小种(或株系),不同小种对不同水稻品种的致病力不同,不同抗病品种抵抗的小种数量和种类(抗谱)也不同,抗病品种抗谱广。试验筛选出Pi-zt、pi-b、Pi-z、Pi-kp和Pi-kn 5个抗瘟单基因对吉林省稻瘟病菌具有较好的抗性,抗谱均在80%以上,尤其是Pi-zt和Pi-z的抗谱达到95.1%和91.7%。这5个抗瘟单基因在吉林省水稻抗瘟育种和水稻抗稻瘟病转基因中具有较大利用价值。

Abstract:Magnaporth grisea existed different physiological race whose pathogenicity was different with different rice varieties.Resistance spectrum of resistant varieties was vary and wide.We have selected five resistant single genes,i.e.,pi-zt,pi-b,pi-z,pi-kp and pi-kn,all of which was highly resistant to Magnaporth grisea in Jilin province with average value of resistant spectrum of over 80%.The resistant spectrum of pi-zt and pi-z reached 95.1% and 91.7%.These five resistant single genes were of great value in the breeding of resistant rice varieties and transgenic researches in Jilin province.
