摘    要:介绍了一种新的植物脂肪氧化酶同功酶快速检测技术在筛选Lox 3缺失的稻谷耐贮藏材料的应用 ,并讨论了脂肪氧化酶与稻谷贮藏的陈化变质之间的联系。旨在开辟一条研究Lox特性和选育Lox缺失型材料的新途径

Abstract:In this paper, a new rapidly detective technique of plant lipoxygenase isozymes was introduced, which was used to screen new rice varieties with lacking in Lox 3. The effect of lipoxygenase on the deterioration of rice grain storage was researched. Our aim was to create a new way of studying Loxs characters and developing new rice varieties with lacking in Lox 3.
