| Abstract: | In this paper, a new rapidly detective technique of plant lipoxygenase isozymes was introduced, which was used to screen new rice varieties with lacking in Lox 3. The effect of lipoxygenase on the deterioration of rice grain storage was researched. Our aim was to create a new way of studying Loxs characters and developing new rice varieties with lacking in Lox 3. |
