麻竹居群遗传分化的RAPD分析(英文)

摘    要:利用RAPD分子标记对麻竹自然分布区11个居群的遗传分化进行了分析。从250个随机引物中筛选23个引物,对供试材料的DNA进行扩增,共扩增出139个DNA片段,其中多态性片段有75个,占53.96%。这说明麻竹具有较丰富的遗传多样性。扩增出的DNA片段大小在200~2000bp之间,每个引物扩增得到平均片段数目为4。研究结果显示麻竹居群间的遗传分化较大,高达44%。11个麻竹居群间遗传距离变幅为0.0387~0.4374。根据Nei's遗传距离进行算术平均数的非加权成组配对法分析(UPGMA),聚类结果将麻竹划分为四个类群,其中广西和贵州的麻竹居群与广东省麻竹居群间亲缘关系较近,而云南弥勒居群与其它居群亲缘关系最远。

Abstract:The genetic differentiation of eleven sympodial bamboo(Dendrocalamus latiflorus) populations naturally distributed in south China was investigated by using RAPD markers.A total of 250 arbitrary nucleotide primers were used for primer screening,of which 23 primers exhibited their consistent banding patterns.Totally,139 bands were generated and 75 of them(accounting for 53.96%) are polymorphic within and among all the tested populations.This indicates that sympodial bamboo exhibit high genetic diversity among...
