红光、远红光对五彩苏茎发根与内源ABA含量关系的影响

摘    要:分别以低强度红光(660nm)和远红光(730nm)照射五彩苏(Coleus scutellarioides)茎段,诱导茎段发根,并以免疫法测定茎段内源ABA含量。结果表明,红光、远红光分别诱导或抑制茎段发根,并影响内源ABA在茎段的含量与分布。两种效应明显地呈负相关。

Abstract:The red light of low intensity (660 nm) and far-red light (730nm) were used respectively to expose cuttings of coleus (coleus scutellarioides) for inducing root generation of the cuttings, and the content of endogenous ABA in the cuttings was assayed with immunization. The results indicated that both red light and far-red light could induce or inhibit coleus cutting to bring root generation, and could effect the content and distribution of endognous ABA in the cutting. The two effects presented obviously negative correlation.
