| 摘 要： | 目的：建立紫外分光光度法测定猴耳环消炎片中没食子酸的含量，方法；用丙酮提取猴耳环为片中没食子酸，蒸干丙酮，残渣用无水醇溶解，检测波长为２７３ｎｍ，没食子酸为对照品。结果：没食子酸的检测线民生范围为４－１４μｇ／ｍｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率９９．８６％。结论：该法准确、快速、简便，可作为猴耳环消炎片的质量控制方法 。
