| 摘 要： | 综述了多糖对动物的细胞因子、补体系统、淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、抗体生成和免疫器官的调控作用；从细胞表面多糖受体、基因表达、淋巴细胞信息传导等方面分析了多糖调控动物免疫的作用机理；并展望了多糖作为免疫增强剂和代谢调控剂在动物健康养殖和畜产品安全生产中的应用前景。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the effects of Polysaccharides in enhancing animal's immunity,suppressing many kinds of pathogenic microbes,and eliminating free radicel directly from the body were reviewed.The mechanism behind the immunity effects of polysaccharide in animal was explained and the developing foreground of Polysaccharide used in livestock production was also discussed. |
