汽车变速箱输入轴有限元仿真分析

摘    要:变速箱输入轴将发动机提供的转矩和转速传递给变速箱,其强度和动态特性极大地影响了发动机动力传输的高效性、平稳性。运用ANSYS Workbench对输入轴进行强度分析、模态分析和谐响应分析,由强度分析结果可得出额定工况下输入轴强度满足要求,由模态分析结果可知轴的模态发生的部位和固有频率的大小,由谐响应分析结果可得出引起输入轴共振的模态。

Abstract:The transmission input shaft transmits torque and speed from the engine to the gearbox.Its strength and dynamic characteristics greatly affect the efficiency and stability of the engine power transmission.The ANSYS Workbench is used to conduct strength analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the input shaft.The strength analysis results show that the input shaft strength meets the requirements under the rated working condition.The modal analysis results can be used to obtain the modal part of the shaft and the magnitude of the natural frequency,the modality of the resonance of the input shaft can be obtained from the harmonic response analysis result.
