摘    要:为阐明不同减肥增效模式下土壤和作物各指标的变化规律,采用田间小区试验研究了不同减肥措施对生菜产量、品质及土壤理化性质变化的影响.试验结果表明,不同化肥减量措施中,推荐施肥的生菜产量最高,为2907 kg/667 m2.减肥增效措施下,生菜产量比习惯施肥增加19.83%~76.82%,叶片硝酸含量降低47.49%~63....

Abstract:In order to clarify the changes of soil and crop indexes under different fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement modes,field plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different fertilizer reduction measures on the yield,quality and soil physical and chemical properties of lettuce.The results showed that among the different fertilizer reduction measures,the recommended fertilization had the highest yield of 2907 kg/667 m2.Under the fertilizer reduction and efficiency enhancement measures,the yield of lettuce increased by 19.83%-76.82%,the content of nitric acid in leaves decreased by 47.49%-63.08%,the content of VC increased by 9.08%-11.25%,the content of soluble sugar increased by 24.84%-29.94%,and the content of soluble protein increased by 2.38%-5.94%.Among them,the application of microbial bacterial fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer had the most obvious effect on reducing nitrate,and the organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer had the best other qualities of lettuce.After fertilizer reduction,the nitrogen accumulation of lettuce increased by 16.57%-69.82%,the phosphorus accumulation increased by-1.47%-51.47%,and the potassium accumulation increased by 0.07%-35.96%.Fertilization improved soil physical and chemical properties,but one season lettuce planting had no significant effect on soil pH value and bulk density.After applying organic fertilizer,the content of organic matter in soil was significantly higher than that of other fertilization treatments.The reduction and efficiency enhancement technology of chemical fertilizer had significantly increased the content of soil bacteria and actinomycetes and reduced the number of soil fungi,among which the effect of bacterial fertilizer was the most obvious.In conclusion,considering lettuce yield and quality,fertilizer agronomic efficiency and fertilizing soil,organic fertilizer and microbial fertilizer were recommended.
