| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱法测定沙棘籽油中VE含量,并对方法进行了考查。波长292 nm处,VE进样浓度在0.3 m g/mL~1.0 m g/mL范围内,呈现良好线性,相关系数r=0.999 9,回收率97.47%,相对偏差2.22%,表明检测方法准确,结果可靠。

| Abstract: | Percentage of VE in seabuckthorn seed oil is determinated by HPLC.The determination method is also analysed.At wavelength of 292 nm,measuring consistencies of VE passed HPLC ranged from 0.3 mg/mL to 1.0 mg/mL.Curve diagram is drawn by measured data.Linear relation equation was established with coefficient of 0.9999.The relative deviation is 2.22 %.The recovery rate of VEis 97.47 %. |
