关于科技兴林的几个问题

The author considers forestry to be an independent industrial sector and its character and function need further recognition.The contents of forestry promotion by science and technology include: the drawing up of medium and long term development plans for forestry in different regions, the multi-disciplinary cooperation among different departments,the establishment and amplification of administrative organizations for forestry science and technology in the whole country, inclination of scientific facilities and funds to state forest and other major fields.The right way for Chinese forestry to extricate itself from the difficult position is to develop ecological forestry.The paper also emphasizes the importance of strengthening scientific research.
