南阳楸树优良家系和优良无性系收集保存与利用研究

摘    要:南阳市林科所根据中国林科院林业所下达的研究任务,从2007年8月份至2007年10月份,对南阳13县市区110株楸树优树的调查,将收集到的64个家系和110个无性系分别进行保存。以宛选"8401""8402"做对照,选择出超过"8401"、"8402"的优良无性系。体现从家系中选择优良基因型,无性选择利用的指导思想,实现了过去利用原有自然变异改良路线向人工杂交创新为基础新技术路线的转移。

Abstract:Nanyang City Institute of Forestry under the Chinese Academy of Forestry issued by the research tasks,from August 2007 to October 2007 article by the end of the Nanyang 13 counties and cities 110 Catalpa tree plus tree survey,pairs collected 64 families and 110 clones were to be saved.To Wan choose "8401" "8402" as controls,select a more than "8401","8402" excellent clones.Reflected from a family of select high quality genotypes,asexual choose to use the guiding ideology to achieve in the past to use the original route turned to the natural variability Gailiang artificial hybridization of new technologies and innovation as the basis of line.
