摘    要:莫能菌素采用紫外线-氯化锂复合诱变育种,增加突变率,再用生测法进行初步筛选,以提高筛选效率。然后把两者结合运用,既提高筛选效率又提高了菌种的生产能力。

Abstract:Monensin used ultraviolet-lithium chloride compound mutation breeding, improve the mutation rate, and bioassay were used for preliminary screening, in order to improve the screening efficiency. Then combining the two use, namely to improve screening efficiency and improve the production capacity of strains.
