中国野桑蚕Giemsa淡染性染色体的研究

摘    要:对来自重庆、陕西、湖北等 3个不同地域的野桑蚕染色体进行了研究 ,结果表明 3个不同地域的野桑蚕染色体数目都为n =2 8,2n =5 6 ;均在粗线期染色体观察到了与家蚕类似的Giemsa淡染性区域 ,并对其进行了组型分析 ,从细胞遗传学的角度探讨了野桑蚕与家蚕的亲缘关系。

Abstract:Chromosomes of mulberry wild silkworm (Bombyx mandarina Moore) from Chongqing,Shaanxi and Hubei provinces in China were studied.The results showed that the chromosomes in mulberry wild silkworm from three regions are all n=28,2n=56.The light stained G band bivalents were found at pachytene stage which also existed in Bombyx mori. Moreover,karyotypes were analysized and the relationship between Bombyx mandarina and Bombyx mori from cytogenetical respect was discussed.
