试论平原林业

从当前平原林业发展的状况出发，就平原林业的战略地位，作用及存在的问题进行了分析。指出平原林业是农业稳产高产的生态屏障，是一个农林生态经济系统，提出了加强平原林业体系建设四项对策，从理论与实践的结合上解决问题。

On Plain Forestry

By analysing the current situation of plain forestry ,this paper cliscussed thor-oughly four aspects of plain forestry on the basis of theory combined with practice.Theyincluded the strategic position and significance of plain forestry,the plain forestry as the e-cological defence of stable and high yield of agriculture,and the plain forestry as the eco-logical and economic agroforestry system ,as well as advancing four countermeasures to en-hance the construction of plain forestry system. Meanuhile ,the proposal of improving thequality of plain forestry was put forward.
