沙希瓦牛与本地黄牛杂交效果研究

摘    要:随机从农家抽样测定结果:沙闽F1公、母牛初生、3、6、12、18、24月龄体重分别比同龄本地黄牛提高40.1%、23.9%、31.0%、25.7%、22.3%、21.9%和40.7%、27.5%、28.0%、37.7%、25.7%、23.3%.沙闽F1在农家粗放饲养条件下,第1胎泌乳期195d,平均产奶量为1270kg,较本地黄牛提高1倍以上.乳脂率5.5%,奶浓味香.14—16月龄沙闽F18头阉牛舍饲肥育结果表明:沙固F1平均日增重达834g、屠宰率为51.1%、净肉率42.0%、眼肌面积59.2cm2,分别比本地黄牛提高22.3%、9.7%、7.1%和21.6%.沙闽F1体型好,肩峰高,胸宽深,臀宽,乳房发育好,被毛多呈棕红,适应性强,耐热、耐粗,抗病,不挑食,能较好地适应福建等亚热带地区放牧饲养.甚受群众喜爱.

Abstract:According to the determination result on the samples randomly taken from the farmer households, the weights of Sahiwal-Min hybrid F1 (SMF1), in the ages of newborn,3,6,12, 18 and 24 months increased by 40.1%, 23.9%,31.0%, 25.7%, 22. 3%, 21. 9%,and, 40.7%, 27.5%, 28.0%, 37.7%, 25.7%, 23.3% respectively as compared to nativeyellow cattle in the same ases. In the condition of extensive management and feeding in the farmer households, the lactation preiod of the cows of SMF1 was 195 d and its average milk production was 1270 kg, which more than doubled what native yellow cow producded.The milkfat was 5. 5% and the milk was with delicious taste and in high consistency. The result of feed lot fattening of 8 steer of SMF1 in the ages of 14 to 16 months showed that the average daily weight sam of F1 was 834 S and its dressing percentage was 51.1 % and the meat percentage was 42.0%. Its eye muscle area was 59. 2 cm2. These values increased by 22.3%, 9.7%, 7.1 % and 21. 6% respectively than those of native yellow cattle. SMF1 has a better body conformation,with a high hump,a wide chest and pinbone, an excellent udder and a brown-red hair. They are characterized by possessing strong adaptability, strong tolerance to heat,excellent grazing ability,resistance to diseases ,and no selection on feed ,It has been well suitable for grazing in Fujian and subtropical regions and welcomed by farmers.
