摘    要:在3种试验装置(Y形、方形及矩形)中检测昆明小鼠新物体再认能力的年龄及性别效应.结果表明,10 min延迟试验中3个装置都没有检测到年龄和性别差异;24 h延迟试验中21月龄鼠较6月龄和12月龄鼠新物体再认能力下降,且主要归因于雌鼠,Y形装置检测的数据较其他2个装置更敏感和稳定.以上结果提示,老年昆明雌鼠有遥远新物体再认记忆减退,Y形装置最敏感.

Abstract:The effects of different apparatus,i.e.,Y-shape,square and rectangle boxs,on age-related impairement of memory in novel-object recognition task in Kunming mice were explored,respectively.The results indicated that there were no age-related changes in the 10-minute-delay trial in each of apparatus.During the 24 hours delay trial,the ability of novel-object recognition in the 21-month mice decreased in the Y-shape box compared to the 6-month and 12-month mice,and in the square box compared to the 12-month mic...
