多重PCR方法同时检测3种转基因作物外源基因

根据目前转基因作物常见的外源基因,选择出现几率较高的Ca MV 35S、NOS、CP4-epsps 3个基因,引物分别参照国家相关标准中的特异性序列,建立可同时特异性地检测3种外源基因的多重PCR检测体系。同时,对反应条件进行优化并测试其特异性和灵敏度。已知样品检测证明,此多重PCR体系具有良好的可靠性。利用此体系在对康定县境内出售大米、玉米样品检测中未检测相关基因。

Multiplex PCR Method for Detection of Three Exogenous Genes

According to the exogenous gene of current GM crops,we selected a high probability for Ca MV 35 S,NOS,CP4-epsps,and the primers were referred to the national standards,which could specifically detect establishing three kinds of multiplex PCR system of the exogenous gene. And then,the reaction conditions were optimized and tested for their specificity and sensitivity. The known samples test proved that this multiplex PCR system had good reliability. The related genes of rice and corn for sale in Kangding County were not detected with this system.
