摘    要:为寻找有机肥发酵的最佳通风方式,采取对比试验方法研究了不通通风方式对堆肥发酵过程中理化性质的影响.结果表明:不同通风方式堆肥发酵过程温度伴随氧气浓度的降低而升高,温度高于50℃或55℃天数以翻堆3次处理最多,氧气浓度以翻堆3次与间歇式通风相结合处理表现明显.不同通风方式发酵过程中总N含量呈上升趋势,总C、C/N比、有机质含量呈下降趋势,3个处理总养分含量、pH值差异较小,以翻堆3次与间歇式通风相结合处理成品率最高.总体上,以翻堆3次与间歇式通风相结合最有利于有机肥发酵.

Effects of Ventilation Modes on Physical and Chemical Properties in Organic Fertilizer Fermentation Process

Abstract:In order to explore the best ventilation modes onorganic fertilizer fermentation, effects of different ventilation modes on physical and chemical properties during organic fertilizer fermentation process were studied. The results showed that the temperature of different ventilation modes increase with the decrease of oxygen concentration, the temperature over 50 ℃or 55℃ for turning 3 times were the highest, O2 concentration oi turning 3 times combined with intermittent ventilation showed ob- viously. Total N content in an upward trend, the total C.C/N.content of organic matter in a downward trend during fermenta- tion process of different ventilation modes; The total nutrient content, pH had a little difference in 3 treatments; The yield is highest in the mode of turn over 3 times combined with intermittent ventilation, it is the most beneficial to the fermentation of organic fertilizer in the mode of turn over 3 times combined with intermittent ventilation.
