| 摘 要： | 在塑料拱棚下进行木芙蓉扦插繁殖试验，研究不同类型插穗、不同扦插基质以及不同生根粉（IBA）浓度对木芙蓉扦插生根成活率的影响．试验结果表明：丰木质化枝条比嫩枝生根成活率高；不同浓度的IBA处理中以1000mg／kg效果最好，生根成活率达86．7％；3种不同扦插基质中，以山砂基质的扦插成活率最高．扦插繁殖的最佳组合是：采用半木质化枝条作插穗，经1000mg／kg浓度IBA处理，在山砂基质上扦插．

| Abstract: | Experiments were conducted to study the effects of cutting types,media and IBA contents on survival rate of cutting of Hibiscus mutabilis.The experimental results showed that the survival rate of semi-lignified cutting was higher than tender cutting;the IBA content of 1000 mg/kg had the best effect among the concentrations tested;sand was the medium with the best cutting results.It was concluded that the optimum conditions for cutting propagation of Hibiscus mutabilis were using semi-lignified cuttings,trea... |
