施用沼液对紫甘蓝产量、营养品质及土壤质量的影响

摘    要:采用田间应用试验,定量地研究分析了单施化肥、沼液与化肥配合施用、单施沼液等不同处理对紫甘蓝产量、营养品质及耕种土壤质量的影响。结果表明:沼液的施用对紫甘蓝的增产效果显著,可提高紫甘蓝的Vc含量,降低还原糖和硝酸盐含量,对降低蔬菜中重金属的含量作用明显,并提高了土壤中的有机质含量,土壤pH值得到提高并趋向中性。基肥施120 kg沼液,追肥施0.3 kg复合肥、0.3 kg尿素、75 kg沼液,可使紫甘蓝增产16.06%,紫甘蓝Vc含量提高16.21%,硝酸盐含量降低13.12%,Cd、Pb、Cr含量分别降低25.49%、18.48%和17.86%,耕种土壤的pH值提高至6.64,有机质含量提高到17.45 g/kg,土壤的Cd、Pb、Cr含量分别降低12.31%、5.70%和1.18%,为本试验条件下的最佳施肥配比。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to quantitatively study the effect of application of biogas slurry on yield,nutrition quality of purple cabbage and soil quality.The results showed that the application of biogas slurry could remarkably improve yield,biogas slurry application could not only increase the content of vitamin C and decrease the content of reducing sugar,nitrate and heavy metals in purple cabbage,but also increase the organic matter content in the soil.Applying 120 kg biogas slurry as basal fertilizer...
