施用沼液对紫甘蓝产量、营养品质及土壤质量的影响

采用田间应用试验,定量地研究分析了单施化肥、沼液与化肥配合施用、单施沼液等不同处理对紫甘蓝产量、营养品质及耕种土壤质量的影响。结果表明:沼液的施用对紫甘蓝的增产效果显著,可提高紫甘蓝的Vc含量,降低还原糖和硝酸盐含量,对降低蔬菜中重金属的含量作用明显,并提高了土壤中的有机质含量,土壤pH值得到提高并趋向中性。基肥施120 kg沼液,追肥施0.3 kg复合肥、0.3 kg尿素、75 kg沼液,可使紫甘蓝增产16.06%,紫甘蓝Vc含量提高16.21%,硝酸盐含量降低13.12%,Cd、Pb、Cr含量分别降低25.49%、18.48%和17.86%,耕种土壤的pH值提高至6.64,有机质含量提高到17.45 g/kg,土壤的Cd、Pb、Cr含量分别降低12.31%、5.70%和1.18%,为本试验条件下的最佳施肥配比。

Effect of Biogas Slurry Application on Yield,Nutrition Quality of Purple Cabbage and Soil Quality
