摘    要:为适应牛肉外贸和出口需要,保障国内牛肉安全消费,应对牛肉安全突发事件,研发本系统。系统采用Visual Basic6.0面向对象编程技术和SQL Server 2000数据库技术及耳标、分割肉产品号及对应的EAN/UCC条码号等动物标识技术进行设计,建立了涵盖繁育、饲养、屠宰加工与销售整个链条的质量追溯体系,设计了信息查询、信息采集、帮助等5个主要功能模块。该系统结合中国牛肉安全生产现实,设置了保质期与药物残留两个安全预警机制,为促进中国牛肉安全系统建设提供了研究思路

Abstract:The traceability information management systems of beef safety product entire process were designed and developed for promoting beef world trade, beef safety consuming and solving beef safety accidents. This system which includes 5 modules such as information query, information collection, help and et al was constructed using Visual Basic6.0 Object-Oriented programming and Structure Query Language databases technology and animal identification methods, such as the ear tag, division meat numbers and corresponding EAN/UCC code technology. This system initially set beef storage and drug residue two precautions, and it provides us new ideals for studying the measures of beef quality tracing.
